What is the General idea behind the Express Systems Reseller Program?
 An  Expresssystems & Communications, LLC Reseller purchases accounts at a significant discount and resells them for a profit to their own customers. Resellers provide their customers with billing and support and receive residual income.

How are my customers billed?
All of your accounts will be listed on one invoice, and your billing cycle will always start and end on the same day of the month.

How are domain name registrations and transfers handled?
You are responsible for your customer's domain name registrations and registrar transfers.  You can register their domain names at the same time you create their account and then charge the customer your cost or mark-up the cost to generate more revenue.

Can I resell space in my master account?

Yes. Your Master Account comes pre-configured with 500 MB of disk space. You will be able to allocate space to your resold accounts via your control panel.

How do I get started as a  Expresssystems & Communications, LLC Reseller?
Every  Expresssystems & Communications, LLC plan is reseller-ready which means that as soon as you become an active participant. You will be emailed with your user name and password and a link to your control panel. You will then have the ability to add accounts directly through your Control Panel. There are no setup fees for resold accounts, and all resold Accounts are $Free.

Do my resold accounts come with a customizable Control Panel?
Yes. Each of your resold accounts comes with Hosting Controller, a Web-Site Manager which you can customize to match your company image. For a screen shot Click here. 

How do I manage my resold accounts?
Through your Control Panel, you are able manage all of your resold accounts with one interface. This allows you to access any of your customers' Web-Panel from a single location, making it easier to answer questions, provide technical support, and track resource usage.

Will  Expresssystems & Communications, LLC help me support my customers?
We will give you the tools necessary for you to support your clients effectively, but we will not provide direct technical support for your customers.  

Can my customers become resellers?
No. We do not offer the ability for you to have a reseller under your account.

How much do resold accounts cost?

What are  Expresssystems & Communications, LLC’s responsibilities to their resellers?
To provide direct technical support to you, the reseller;
To provide direct billing arrangements to you;
To provide you with online documentation in order for you to support your clients;
To provide you with our name server information.

What are my responsibilities as a  Expresssystems & Communications, LLC reseller?
To register and transfer your customers’ domain names;
To provide direct billing to your customers;
To provide direct technical support to your customers; and
To abide by the  Expresssystems & Communications, LLC Acceptable Use Policy.

Is there a setup fee when I sign up resold accounts?

Can I use my resold accounts myself or do I have to resell them?
You can use your resold accounts for yourself, your family, or your friends; or you can resell them. It’s up to you.

How much do I charge for a resold account?
You can charge whatever you want for a resold account; although we recommend that you do not go too far above the Industry standard. We suggest $19.95 for Standard Plans, $29.95 for Plus Plans, and $39.95 for Pro Plans; but you can develop your own pricing structure based on your business model. Although we do not charge setup fees for resold accounts, you can charge one to your customers.  

Which web hosting plans can I resell?
In an effort to keep things simple, we have decided to only have one plan. You are able to resell our full featured web hosting plan You can change the services names and add extra features like additional bandwidth and space.
